Cancellations communicated more than fourteen days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a seventy-five percent refund. Cancellations made between seven and fourteen days prior receive a fifty percent refund. Regrettably, cancellations within seven days of departure are non-refundable due to committed logistical, guide, and accommodation costs. Please note that gorilla trekking permits, once purchased from the Uganda Wildlife Authority, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, in accordance with UWA statutory regulations.
